Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the direct cost of returning the product from your home to our online store is your responsibility. These costs are approximately USD 7.25 per package; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.
